1General Provisions & Legal Status

1.1. This online service (Phu Quoc Premium Travel / PQ 4U.KG) operates as the official SMM, digital media, and online booking division of the licensed tour operator AN Travel (Phu Quoc, Vietnam). Direct tour operations, marine transport, excursions, and guiding services are fulfilled by AN Travel in full compliance with tourism regulations.

1.2. Complete and unconditional acceptance (acceptance of the offer) is recognized as sending a booking request, full or partial payment of services, or confirming an order via the website or official messenger.

2Booking & Confirmation Process

• The Customer selects a service in the catalog (speedboat tour, transfer, bike/car rental, VIP concierge) and submits contact details.
• The duty manager verifies date availability, weather forecasts and issues an electronic voucher or order confirmation.
• The order is considered confirmed upon issuance of a booking code and mutual agreement of the pickup location.

4Safety & Customer Responsibilities

4.1. Participants on speedboats and water activities are required to wear provided certified life vests and follow captain and guide safety briefings.

4.2. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate hotel and contact details for morning transfers.
